Amie is a dual-qualified lawyer in Ontario, Canada, and the Philippines. She began her legal career as a Court Attorney at the Philippine Court of Appeals, where she developed strong skills in legal analysis, evidence review, and decision writing. After more than a decade in the judiciary and private practice, she moved to Canada and became a licensed Ontario lawyer.
She holds multiple privacy certifications—CIPP/C, CIPP/E, and CIPM—reflecting her focus on privacy and data governance. Her current practice covers employment, business, privacy, and immigration law, providing holistic legal support to both individuals and businesses.
Educated in the Philippines, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, Amie brings an international perspective to New Wave Lawyers, combining legal depth with a practical understanding of how clients work and live across borders.
Christian Peliña

Christian is a seasoned Philippine lawyer with over a decade of experience in litigation and legal advisory work. His practice spans property, family, criminal, and business law, including real estate transactions, estate planning, and corporate structuring. He regularly provides notarial and estate services and serves as custodian of wills. Christian has appeared before all levels of court in the Philippines and is known for his grounded, strategic advocacy.

Raghav Mahajan

Raghav Mahajan (Of Counsel) is a trusted litigation lawyer in India with over 12 years of experience, known for providing clear, strategic, and solution-oriented legal advice. As a Partner at Juristinternational, he focuses on family and property law, assisting clients through complex legal issues such as divorce and matrimonial disputes, succession and inheritance matters, partition suits, and property-related litigation.
